ABOUT

Equipment for apple juice projects.
Not a catalogue.

applejuiceprocessingline.com configures apple juice processing equipment around the product, the fruit and the package. The useful starting point is a process brief, not a machine price list.

WHAT WE DO

The equipment scope
follows the product.

A line is a set of connected duties. Each duty has an inlet, an outlet, a utility interface and a cleaning requirement. The project is the connection between them.

01

Process configuration

Define the route from fruit to package: extraction, finishing, concentration, treatment and filling.

02

Equipment selection

Match the machine to the material, the operating window and the interface on either side.

03

Build & interface review

The approved configuration is built to the datasheet; fabrication, assembly, testing and utility responsibilities are named in the project scope.

04

Documented handover

Fix the approved model, materials, connections and performance basis in the datasheet.

HOW A PROJECT MOVES

From a brief to
an approved scope.

01

Product brief

Juice style, fruit supply, capacity basis, packaging and existing equipment.

02

Process review

Route, mass balance, utilities and the interfaces that need a decision.

03

Equipment configuration

Duty, model, materials, connections and control boundary.

04

Approved datasheet

The document that the build, acceptance and handover refer to.

WHAT THE DATASHEET FIXES

Specifics belong
in the project documents.

The website explains the selection logic. It does not invent a model number or a performance figure before the duty is defined.

ItemApproved project document
Equipment modelThe selected configuration, drive, materials and included scope
CapacityThe material basis, operating window and acceptance condition
ConnectionsInlet, outlet, CIP, drain and utility interface dimensions
PerformanceThe measured or guaranteed value with its test conditions
DocumentationGeneral arrangement, datasheet, operation and maintenance information
ValidationThe responsible party and acceptance method for product or process performance

REFERENCE MATERIAL

Photographs and drawings
are labelled for what they are.

Equipment photographs on this site are reference images unless a page states otherwise. Functional schematics explain a duty; they are not general arrangements or approval drawings. Where a project reference is used, its source and limits are stated so it can inform a comparison without being read as a guarantee for your fruit or process.

The content stays apple-specific: four product routes, the equipment duties inside them and the selection questions that change the scope.

PROJECT DOCUMENTS

What you receive
before you commit.

A comparable quotation names the equipment, the operating basis and the split of responsibilities. Ask every supplier for the same document set.

Document or conditionWhat it should stateWhy it matters to the buyer
Contracting entity and manufacturing locationDocument statesThe legal name, registered address, production site and party signing the contractBuyer checkConfirms who is accountable for the order and where the equipment is built
Equipment datasheet and configurationDocument statesThe model or type, materials, drive, instrumentation, capacity basis and included scopeBuyer checkLets offers be compared on the same equipment scope
P&ID and general arrangementDocument statesThe battery limit, product and utility connections, footprint and interfaces with existing plantBuyer checkLets civils, utilities and layout be planned before shipment
Performance and acceptanceDocument statesThe guaranteed values, test conditions, measurement method and acceptance procedureBuyer checkDefines how capacity, yield and product quality will be demonstrated
Certification and complianceDocument statesThe certificate number, issuing body, scope and validity for the equipment actually suppliedBuyer checkShows which standard applies and what it covers
Installation, commissioning and trainingDocument statesWho provides labour, rigging, utilities, supervision, spare parts and operator trainingBuyer checkPrevents gaps between equipment supply and site work
Commercial terms and after-salesDocument statesThe price, payment, delivery, lead time, warranty, spare-parts basis and service responseBuyer checkMakes the offer auditable and the support path clear

Ask every supplier for the same document set. Items that are missing are clarified before the order rather than assumed afterwards.

SUPPLY & SERVICE SCOPE

The supply boundary
is part of the offer.

Equipment supply is defined around a battery limit. The offer should identify the machines and assemblies supplied, the inlet and outlet interface points, and the utilities, drains, controls and civil works that the customer or another party provides.

The same scope should set out installation supervision, commissioning, performance testing, operator training, documentation, spare parts and after-sales support. If installation or product validation is handled by a third party, that responsibility is named so it is not assumed to sit with the equipment supplier.

Fruit supply, water, steam, power, effluent, ambient conditions and available space are confirmed during project engineering. A change to those conditions can change the configuration, schedule and price.
