Specify the product appearance
Clear juice and cloudy juice need different acceptance descriptions. State the measurement method, sampling location and storage interval instead of treating immediate appearance as the entire specification.
Locate exposure in the process
Crushing, open transfers, buffer tanks and delays can affect the product history. Review the actual handling sequence and decide what evidence is needed to evaluate oxygen management.
Separate the observed problem from the proposed equipment
A deaerator, filter or homogenizing operation is not a universal fix. Establish the problem, candidate intervention and evaluation conditions using the relevant juice.
Carry observations into the proposal
Provide lot information, sample condition, intended storage and packaging. Numeric retention or stability commitments need test evidence under those conditions.
