Technical guide

Clarity and concentration are separate decisions

Why NFC, clear and cloudy do not belong in one mutually exclusive selector.

Two axes, not three product types

Clear and cloudy describe the intended appearance and suspended phase. NFC and concentrate describe the concentration history or processing task. Choose both axes to establish a coherent equipment route.

Shared extraction, different finishing

Apple reception, washing, crushing and pressing form the front end for the whole-fruit cases here. The subsequent clarity requirement determines which finishing duties need to be investigated.

No automatic clarification for NFC

A cloudy NFC product does not need every module used for clarified juice. Define the product first and identify the unwanted coarse material separately from the desired cloud.

Make a route decision usable

Carry the chosen route into equipment selection, the quantity basis and packaging discussion. A product name alone does not specify safety, stability or shelf life.
