Record the fruit lot
Capture variety, maturity, storage history and the condition after sorting. A trial using a different fruit condition cannot establish the production result for your intended supply.
Observe the connected equipment
Crushing changes the press feed. Record the mash characteristics, press type, settings and transfer delay so extraction is evaluated as a connected duty.
Measure the streams together
Weigh the fruit, accepted juice and pomace over a common interval. Identify start-up losses and additions. State whether the reported juice mass is before or after clarification or other finishing.
Inspect operation and cleaning
Evaluate stable operation, pomace handling, screen or belt loading, access and cleaning time. Capacity and operating availability both matter in a daily production plan.
