List services by equipment duty
Fruit washing, mash transfer, juice treatment, concentration and cleaning need different services. Start with the selected route and equipment boundaries. A concentrate project introduces duties that are absent from an NFC route, while packaging also changes the downstream requirements.
Specify conditions at the connection
Availability alone is not enough. Record the relevant flow, pressure, temperature, quality and connection details for the proposed equipment. The equipment proposal should identify its service requirements at defined handover points.
Separate average and peak demand
Review simultaneous operation, cleaning and start-up conditions. Services needed during a production run may differ from those required during cleaning or product changeover. Confirm the operating schedule before combining individual equipment requirements.
Provide the site information you have
Send existing service capacities, connection locations, drain arrangements and any constraints. Mark unknown values clearly. This allows the scope discussion to distinguish equipment selection from utility provisions that need additional investigation.
