Name the package, not just the filler
Specify the container material and geometry, fill quantity, closure and required production window. Consumer juice filling and bulk concentrate packing have different handling and operating needs. The package must be considered together with treatment and storage.
Distinguish juice flow from pack rate
Translate the final product quantity into the intended packaging schedule. Changes in pack size or production hours affect the filling duty. Upstream flow, buffer capacity and filler operation must be coordinated rather than treated as identical ratings.
Define product handover conditions
Agree the product temperature, transfer arrangement and any required isolation or buffering at the filler inlet. Clarify the responsibilities for treatment and packaging validation. A filling machine does not replace the upstream preservation process.
Connect storage and dispatch
Identify downstream handling and the agreed storage route. Provide the practical limits of the packing area and the available services. Include product and format changes that influence cleaning or changeover time in the equipment enquiry.
