Identify the material at the filler inlet
Record whether the product is clear or cloudy, NFC or concentrate, with the measured inlet temperature, solids and transfer condition. Link the batch to its upstream treatment record and specify the responsibility for that process.
Confirm the complete bag and fitment
Provide bag size, fitment drawing, supplier and sterilization specification. Define supported container, fill basis, handling and the product transfer connection. A nominal bag volume alone does not establish compatibility.
Write the acceptance handover
Include fill measurement, sealing or capping, hygienic transfer, cleaning and sterilization records, package checks and the intended storage conditions. FAT and site acceptance need an agreed product/pack protocol; they are not a general shelf-life promise.
Use the blank trial worksheet
Download the RFQ and trial worksheet from the homepage. Enter the measurements for your own product; its blank fields are not factory test results.

Take the question into the route, equipment and enquiry pages. The useful outcome is a clearer brief, not a longer reading list.
