Keep the fruit lot attached to the result
Record variety, firmness method, storage condition, accepted fruit mass and the sampling date. Log washing drainage and crusher setting with the press arrangement. A result without the feed condition cannot explain a later seasonal change.
Collect every stream across one timed run
Weigh the apples entering extraction, collected juice and wet pomace over the same interval. Record start and end inventory in the mill, pipes and press. Keep flush water separate and identify spill or uncollected material rather than hiding it inside juice yield.
Compare the finished juice as well as the press outlet
Take labelled samples at the press outlet and after finishing. Record turbidity or the agreed cloud method, temperature and the planned clarification route. Compare press availability, cleaning access and pomace handling before selecting equipment.
Use the blank trial worksheet
Download the RFQ and trial worksheet from the homepage. Enter the measurements for your own product; its blank fields are not factory test results.
Record before comparing proposals
Scroll the table sideways to compare every column.

Take the question into the route, equipment and enquiry pages. The useful outcome is a clearer brief, not a longer reading list.
