Identify what is included in the supply
Ask whether vapor separation, condensation, aroma collection, storage and any later blending interface are included. A connection labelled aroma does not by itself identify the delivered modules or the product acceptance method.
Make the flow boundary visible
Record the proposed take-off point, incoming juice condition and destination of the collected streams. Mark utility connections, vent and drain responsibilities, access and cleanability. Keep aroma collection and bulk concentrate packing as separate handovers.
Agree the product comparison
Use labelled feed, concentrate and collected-stream samples from the same run. Define the buyer-approved sensory or analytical method, sample storage and review responsibility. Leave performance and recovery figures blank until a representative trial supplies them.
Use the blank trial worksheet
Download the RFQ and trial worksheet from the homepage. Enter the measurements for your own product; its blank fields are not factory test results.
Record before comparing proposals
Scroll the table sideways to compare every column.

Take the question into the route, equipment and enquiry pages. The useful outcome is a clearer brief, not a longer reading list.
