APPLE JUICE PROCESSING / NFC & CONCENTRATEDiscuss your equipment scope ↗

Documented configuration / anonymised

A multi-fruit NFC project including apples.

A supplier-published installation record describes a plant configured for several fruits, including apples. The customer and location are omitted here.

What the project connected

The raw-fruit section combined washing, crushing, product-specific preparation, pulping and refining, deaeration, heat treatment and aseptic bag filling. Control, cleaning and utility systems were included in the project scope.

Keep the two production duties distinct

The same project also included a separate beverage line fed from aseptic-packed juice or puree. That downstream line had its own blending, treatment and consumer-packaging equipment. The record identifies a berry beverage duty; it does not establish bottled apple-juice production.

What an apple project can take from this example

Specify the incoming fruit, clarity target, NFC or concentration route, and final package before selecting equipment. A mixed-fruit pulping configuration does not establish the press yield or clear-juice performance of a dedicated apple line.
