Make quotations comparable
Two prices are only comparable when the equipment boundaries and operating conditions are comparable. Identify fruit reception, extraction, finishing, concentration, treatment and filling separately. State which sections already exist and which need to be included.
Explain the product and quantity basis
Clear NFC juice, cloudy NFC juice and concentrate introduce different duties. Record whether your output target refers to whole-fruit input, finished juice or concentrate. The operating window, product specification and measured extraction basis shape the scope.
Identify interfaces and responsibilities
Ask the proposal to distinguish equipment, controls, transfer connections, cleaning and utility requirements. Clarify installation and commissioning boundaries and the relevant acceptance information. Do not assume that similarly named line packages include the same supporting equipment.
Send a useful initial brief
You can begin with the target juice, fruit supply, desired capacity basis, packaging and existing equipment. Add site conditions and the decisions still open. A project-specific quotation is more useful than a single advertised price with no defined capacity or equipment boundary.
