Juice handling / Equipment
Deaeration & closed transfer
Evaluate oxygen exposure across the actual process.

What this equipment does
Assess transfer, holding and any proposed vacuum deaeration against measured product conditions. Foam removal is not proof of a dissolved-oxygen target. Coordinate temperature, vacuum, aroma behaviour and downstream pump demand.
- INLET
- Juice with known handling conditions
- OUTLET
- Juice passed to the specified next stage
Your selection checklist
| Selection item | Required project information |
|---|---|
| 01 | Dissolved-oxygen or foam problem being addressed |
| 02 | Measurement point, temperature and method |
| 03 | Product flow and transfer pressure |
| 04 | Aroma and concentration changes to evaluate |
The equipment proposal must identify the actual model, its source specifications and the applicable operating conditions. Confirm capacity with the actual feed, product and agreed operating conditions.
