Fruit handling
Apple reception & sorting equipment
Define the quality and mass of the fruit entering the process.
APPLE JUICE / APPLICATION
Plan apple reception, extraction and cleaning around seasonal fruit deliveries, available production hours and the intended juice route.
Start from the receiving pattern and the condition of the apples. A seasonal delivery peak, stable processing rate and daily packed output are different planning quantities. Build the equipment brief around the actual production window.

Fruit handling
Define the quality and mass of the fruit entering the process.

Fruit handling
Connect fruit cleanliness, water management and controlled feeding.

Extraction
Prepare the fruit for pressing without treating all particle sizes as equivalent.
Extraction
Recover juice on a measurable whole-fruit basis. For a proposed vitamin C (ascorbic acid) colour-protection step, compare controlled addition during mash transfer or immediately after pressing in product trials; record timing, mixing, formulation and dose, without treating the addition as a substitute for the required preservation process.

Separate operating state
Make cleaning practical for crushers, presses and juice circuits.
Coordinate fruit handling and press availability with downstream finishing and filling. Identify where buffers are useful and where retained mash or juice needs additional evaluation.
Discuss this projectAdd clarification and filtration to the shared crushing and pressing front end, then coordinate the required treatment and packaging.
