Stage 1: bubble flotation washing
Connect fruit cleanliness, water management and controlled feeding.
APPLE JUICE / APPLICATION
Configure clear or cloudy NFC apple juice production from whole-fruit extraction through finishing, treatment and consumer or bulk packaging.
Choose the intended appearance first. Clear NFC requires a clarity-finishing branch; cloudy NFC manages its suspended phase. Neither route includes concentration simply because the product will be packaged.

Fruit handling
Connect fruit cleanliness, water management and controlled feeding.

Extraction
Prepare the fruit for pressing without treating all particle sizes as equivalent.
Extraction
Recover juice on a measurable whole-fruit basis. For a proposed vitamin C (ascorbic acid) colour-protection step, compare controlled addition during mash transfer or immediately after pressing in product trials; record timing, mixing, formulation and dose, without treating the addition as a substitute for the required preservation process.
Cloudy-juice branch
Manage cloud rather than removing every suspended component.

Packaging
Match the final product format to the complete preservation system.
Agree the treatment and filling handover for the intended package. The press output is only one stage: finishing losses and operating interruptions influence the quantity reaching packing.
