Connect apple juice extraction and finishing with concentration, condensate and energy interfaces, then define the bulk-packing handover.
Define clarity separately from concentration. Clear concentrate and cloudy concentrate have different product-evaluation needs. Size the concentration duty from feed flow and compatible inlet and target solids measurements.
Extraction
Recover juice on a measurable whole-fruit basis. For a proposed vitamin C (ascorbic acid) colour-protection step, compare controlled addition during mash transfer or immediately after pressing in product trials; record timing, mixing, formulation and dose, without treating the addition as a substitute for the required preservation process.
Clear-juice branch
Develop a clear product through the appropriate finishing steps.
Concentrate branch
Add a concentration duty only when the target product requires it.
Packaging
Match the final product format to the complete preservation system.
Connect concentrate transfer, product conditions and packing with heating, vacuum, condensate and any aroma-handling scope. A feed-flow figure alone does not specify the water-removal duty.
