Start from the preservation objective
Describe the juice or concentrate, its intended packaging, storage and distribution conditions. Treatment equipment must fit the product and the preservation objective. The equipment name alone does not establish a validated process or product shelf life.
Connect flow, holding and control
Review the working flow range, heat-exchange arrangement, holding basis, monitoring and deviation handling with the responsible process designer. Agree how the system responds when the required process conditions are not maintained.
Define the filling boundary
The filler needs a specified incoming product condition. Match temperature, transfer, cooling and buffer arrangements to the actual packaging method. Clearly assign responsibility for validating treatment, packaging and the handover between the two.
Provide useful project information
Include the product specification, required output, operating window, package and available heating and cooling services. Share the relevant process objective or validation requirements without assuming that one generic temperature-time pair applies to every apple juice.
