Apple juice / Engineering
Common questions. Clear distinctions.
Start from the product and the actual process boundary.
Does NFC mean cloudy juice?
No. NFC and clarity describe different dimensions. Choose clear or cloudy appearance separately from concentration history.
Does every NFC line need clarification?
No. Cloudy and clear products have different finishing duties. The selector shows those differences.
Is the press capacity the final juice output?
No. Whole-fruit input, pressed juice and finished or packed product are separate quantities. Use the measured extraction and finishing conditions.
Is an evaporator needed for clear juice?
Only if the project requires concentration. Clarity alone does not specify an evaporation duty.
Can this calculator predict extraction yield?
No. You enter a measured or explicitly assumed extraction fraction; the tool performs arithmetic using that input.
What establishes product shelf life?
The product, validated process, packaging, storage and distribution conditions must be evaluated together. A generic equipment name does not establish a shelf-life result.
